SNUG 's Fall 2011 event will be held October 28th at The Hartford Marriott Farmington Hotel and Conference Center in Farmington, CT [Exit 37 off I84].

– New PeopleSoft Support Portal
All PeopleSoft customers need to prepare for the upcoming changes
that Oracle is making to Customer Connection – The PeopleSoft Support Portal
that we all know and love. Oracle
is moving all PeopleSoft customers to a new Support Portal in late 2008
(current target is November). As a
PeopleSoft customer, you will need to learn the new portal along with new
support processes. There is also
a new Support Tool that is not currently available within today’s Customer
Connection. The SNUG is excited to feature

schedule and address your questions and concerns.
