In PeopleTools 8.51, Oracle introduced WorkCenters. WorkCenters are geared towards high-frequency users and enable the consolidation of user tasks, exceptions, alerts, links and reports into a single, secure role-based “command center” that can be personalized.

In PeopleTools 8.52, Oracle introduced Dashboards. Dashboards provide an at-a-glance view of all relevant information relevant to a role.

Both WorkCenters and Dashboards have been further enhanced in PeopleTools 8.53, and Oracle delivers several of each with the PeopleSoft 9.2 application releases.

But PeopleTools gives customers complete flexibility in creating and configuring both WorkCenters and Dashboards as needed to meet their own specific requirements.

bulletDo you spend a great deal of time making sure that PeopleSoft data is consistent across instances?
bulletDo you often spend time analyzing why something works in TEST but not in PROD?
bulletHow much time do you spend making sure that all of the related PeopleSoft data is migrated when moving configurations from test to production?
bulletAre your users frustrated by having to validate (and revalidate) that new features and functions work once they are migrated across instances?
bulletAfter you run an upgrade Move to Production, would you like to automate the data validation step?
